Dr. Peter Kavoo Kilonzo - The President
Dr. Peter Kavoo Kilonzo, a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon, is a transformational leader with over 30 years of experience. His illustrative career includes his current role as the President of the Kenya Orthopedic Association and CEO of Universal Family Health Services in Machakos. Dr. Kilonzo's past roles include serving as General and Orthopedic Surgeon at Machakos Level 5 Hospital, as Secretary General of the Kenya Medical Association and as a Medical Officer at Tharaka Nithi District Hospital.
Dr. Kilonzo holds a Bachelor Degree in Medicine and Master of Medicine degree in General Surgery from University of Nairobi. This is in addition to Diploma in Orthopedics (SICOT), besides being a Fellow of Reconstructive
Microsurgery at the Assiunt University in Egypt.
Besides practising medicine, Dr Kilonzo's other passions include environmental conservation, community empowerment, rehabilitation of PWD and networking.

Consolata Ndunge – Board Chairperson
Consolata, a compassionate nursing professional with 20 years of experience serves as the Chairperson of the Abundant Care CBO, where she provides overall leadership to the organization. Consolata’s areas of expertise include planning and guiding the implementation of projects, supervision of implementation processes, as well as team leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Nairobi.

John Kiendi – Board Secretary
John is a founder member and Secretary to the Board of Abundant Care CBO. He has over 20 years of experience working with persons with disability. This includes 8 years as a teacher with the Machakos Secondary School for the Deaf, a Mixed Boarding, National level Secondary school, located in Machakos County. He was honoured for his contribution towards the transformation of the lives of the victims of the Kyanguli fire tragedy.
John holds a Master’s degree in Management and Administration from Kenyatta University, a Bachelor of Education degree in Special Education from Kenyatta University, and a Diploma in Special Education from the Kenya Institute of Special Education. John, a member of the Catholic Teachers' Association, a national sign language assessor for special needs education examinations and a firm believer in the empowerment of PWD to live to the fullness of their God-given potential, will be responsible for the overall delivery and success of the proposed project.

Josiah Sila Nzangi – Board Treasurer
Josiah, the organisation's Treasurer, has over 30 years in accounting and financial management. This includes serving as Branch Accounts Clerk with the Cotton Board of Kenya, as well as Accounts Clerk with the Machakos School for the Deaf. His areas of expertise include budget preparation, prioritization of expenditures in line with set objectives, coordination of procurement, as well as preparation of financial reports in line with organizational policies and donor requirements. Josiah holds an ACNC certificate from the Kenya School of Government – Embu.

Boniface Matheka Kasuma - Resource Mobilizer
Boniface Matheka Kasuma is a dedicated and passionate resource mobilizer with over 20 years of experience in the cereals and animal feeds business, and a strong commitment to community development. His business acumen and network have been instrumental in his resource mobilization efforts.
What sets Boniface apart is his genuine dedication to community service. Despite his busy schedule as a businessman, he generously donates his free time to volunteer for various community projects and initiatives.
Boniface’s extensive network within the business and local community spheres has proven invaluable in mobilizing resources. He possesses excellent communication skills, which enable him to articulate the needs of community projects effectively. His vision as a resource mobilizer is to continue leveraging his business experience, community ties, and volunteer work to facilitate positive change.
